Entry, not ownership
$9 purchases one eligible `.lol` site entry or backing in this tournament. You may back a public site you do not own. Your payment does not transfer domain ownership, verify affiliation, guarantee a seed, or buy votes.
Public voting
Voting is free. We use a keyed pseudonymous signal to limit each browser/network fingerprint to one vote per matchup. We may remove automated, manipulated, abusive, or clearly invalid votes.
Editorial control
We may reject or remove sites involving malware, impersonation, illegal content, harassment, adult content, or material abuse. We may pause, reschedule, void, or manually resolve a tied or compromised matchup. A champion receives permanent winner placement and the attention the tournament earns. There is no cash prize.
Refunds and failures
If we reject a paid entry before its first matchup, we will refund the entry fee. Once an eligible site enters a live matchup, the fee is normally final. Duplicate or provider-error charges will be investigated and refunded when verified. Results, traffic, votes, and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
