REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS · AUGUST 23, 2026

Clear rules when a paid thing cannot run.

Tournament entries

Leaving Stripe Checkout before a successful payment creates no active entry; an abandoned reservation expires and is released. A duplicate or verified provider-error charge is refundable. If we reject a paid entry before its first live matchup, we refund the entry fee. Once an eligible site enters a live matchup, its fee is normally final because the scheduled placement has begun. A loss, low vote count, low traffic, or commercial outcome is not a refund reason.

Champion's Belt challenges

A Belt purchase buys review and, if accepted, one scheduled promotional match opportunity. A rejected challenge or one we cannot schedule receives a refund. An accepted challenge that has entered its scheduled or live window is normally final. Payment never buys votes, the Belt, a prize, or guaranteed attention.

Sponsor placements

A placement rejected during sponsor or asset moderation is refunded. If we cannot publish an approved placement in its promised window, we refund or reschedule only with the buyer's agreement. A placement that has started or completed is normally final. Sponsorship never affects seeding, timing, votes, advancement, or winners.

Media packs and season reports

The $99 Contender Media Pack and $49 Season Report are digital products. If a paid media pack or report cannot be generated or made retrievable, we will retry fulfillment or refund it. Once the promised artifact is generated and made available to the authorized receipt holder, the purchase is normally final. Deliverables exclude private payment and voter identity data and do not guarantee campaign performance.

Request and timing

Email support@onegood.lol with the Stripe receipt, product purchased, and a short explanation. Do not email card numbers or secret retrieval links. We investigate against the server payment and fulfillment record. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank posting time is controlled by Stripe and the card issuer.
